The 2019 Rami Makhzoumi Leadership Award was awarded to Mr Ibrahim Rachid Yassine in a ceremony held at International College Beirut on Wednesday 26th June 2019. The award, which is given annually, was officially launched in October 2011 and is awarded to a student in the secondary school of International College who displays commitment, service to the community and outstanding leadership qualities. This award was established to commemorate the late Rami Makhzoumi’s achievements and commitment to society.
Mr Fouad Makhzoumi, father of the late Rami Makhzoumi, presented Rachid with the award along with and a copy of The CEO’s Journey, a business biography which celebrates Rami’s life and many achievements. Rami’s mother, Mrs May Makhzoumi, also attended the event.
